Examples for new buildings in Romania

A timber construction with point foundations can also be realized in the form shown below on an out-of-town (extravilan) plot.

The example shows a solid construction with a conservatory (as a connection to the existing old building) using ecological construction methods. A floor slab was dispensed with and instead a "suspended", insulated wooden floor was installed. Only softwood insulation materials and clay plasterboards with clay were used throughout the building. The interior plaster on the solid exterior walls is also finished with clay plaster.
